Soviet "Veshmeshok" Packs
Veshmeshok bags are basically the “hypebeast gym bag” of the Soviet Union. Cheap, Easy to produce.. But these are actually durable.
Ah yes, the classic Veshmeshok. These bags were in use as standard issue to infantry from as far back as The Second World War and still remain in limited use to this day. Generally we see them issued to what we will call “Russian Proxy Forces” such as the DPR in Ukraine.
They consist of a single main pocket, a small external pocket and a small place to put your name on the rear. The straps are simple canvas as well, really solidifying the brutalist look of this bag.
Perfect as a beater grab bag, gym bag or for reenactment.
