I live locally and I don’t want to pay shipping. What do I do?
If you select “Local Pickup” when checking out, you will not be charged shipping. You can then email us through our contact page and set up a time and date to come collect your order at our warehouse in Prince George BC.
I don’t have a Paypal account
That is fine! You do NOT need a Paypal account in order to buy from us. When you checkout, just select the “Pay with Credit Card or Visa Debit” option instead of logging into a Paypal account.
Why is shipping to the USA so much???
Unfortunately shipping internationally from Canada is very expensive. We are actually eating a fair chunk of the cost and only presenting our American customers with part of the bill. There is nothing we can do about this. In order for an item to have tracking, it adds a significant cost to the shipping process. We continue to explore other options to save you money, but in the end, they are all very similar in price.
I ordered a couple days ago and I haven’t received my tracking yet
This is normal. When you checkout, there is a little disclaimer stating that we complete our shipping in the order received and that if we are particularly busy, there may be extra delays. We are a small business and are doing our best to get things out the door in a timely manner, however, please remember that we are not Amazon. We are not available 24/7, we work 5 days a week and go home to our families at night. It’s important to us that we try to stay on a ~4 business day or less turn around time, but this is not always possible. Please be patient, we promise it will be worth it when you receive your items!
I am looking for an ETA for my order
Unfortunately, Canada Post (who we ship all of our orders with) does not guarantee delivery dates anywhere within Canada or the United States. We do our best to get it out within 4-5 business days, but once it has entered the system, we cannot say with any certainty what date it will be delivered. Please contact Canada Post with your tracking number for more information.
I got an email asking me for a review
Great! This is normal. 2 weeks after your order is marked as “shipped” you will automatically be sent an email to ask for a review of the items. If your item hasn’t arrived yet, please don’t leave a 1 star review. Check your tracking, we cannot control shipping times and if it takes this long, often times it has been with customs for a few days. We cannot control this. If you have any questions, please just ask.

History is ugly. Truth is ugly, sometimes horrific. We do not endorse the political ideologies of the nations from which we source any of our surplus, nor do we endorse any political ideologies at all. We condemn hatred and we condemn those who wish to cover up the ugly and difficult past so not to “offend” anyone. Humanity only progresses by learning from it’s mistakes. To ignore such mistakes is a disservice to those who have been wronged in the past and it is a disservice to those who will learn from those mistakes to make our world a better place in the future. Only a fool would take a joke from one of our listings as gospel.
