Like most US MRE’s, there are 12 menus with their respective sides available. These rations were engineered to be lightweight, freeze resistant and calorically dense. Short version is, these things rock and are very hard to find. Especially in Canada. Most of the sidess will be reminiscent of a standard MRE, but these cold weather rations contain a freeze-dried Mountain House meal as the main entrée. Some entrees may come in a brown bag or may be in a commercial Mountain House bag as pictured.
