USGI UCP IFAK w/ Insert

This IFAK pouch might look plain at first glance, but inside it hides its utility! It has a rolled insert that is kept closed with velcro that can be deployed when needed - and retained with a lanyard attached to the pouch. Never lose your supplies again! Insert has many elasticized keepers for bandages, gloves, saline washes, etc. The sky is the limit in terms of what this pouch could be used to hold.
