Rhodesian Fireforce Jacket
The iconic Rhodesian Fireforce Jacket. The closures are made of wood opposed to clasps like some other versions, this is because these were private purchases and custom made for each soldier. There is no “original”. These were first fielded in the 1960s and used throughout the 1970s in small numbers. Surviving examples are incredibly rare. This jacket is in excellent condition with little wear and all keepers intact. There is a small hole (visible in the 2nd photo) in the rear. The jacket includes two large internal pockets.
