Russian GP-21 / PMK-5 Gasmask
The height of Russian gas masks, a copy of the American Millennium mask! The GP-21 is used by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Federal Security Service. The GP-21 (Sometimes known as the PMK-5) utilizes a panoramic visor with an orinasal cup which greatly reduces fogging and is very comfortable. The manufacturer states the field of view is no less than 80%, although once you’ve had it on for a few moments, its easy to forget it is even on between the low weight and the excellent FOV. These masks also have a plug that is swappable for all you lefties out there so that you can run the filter on the right hand side instead of the left.
These masks are meant to operate in environments within the range of -40 to +40 degrees Celsius and environments with toxic agents, radioactive dust, biological aerosols, and organic compounds, dangerous chemical substances and dangerous chemical substances of inhalation exposure. These masks are threaded in 40mm GOST, but work and seal well with our FP-5 filters as well as our 40mm GOST filters that we have in stock from time to time.
These masks are NEW and unused. Some are in plastic bags with paper in the lens, others have had it removed but are otherwise unused. Some came with simple brown carry bags and some did not, they are essentially the same bag that comes with most Russian masks such as the PPM-88, GP-5, GP-7 and GP-9. Handy for carrying, but nothing fancy.
