Pakistani FACTA Militia Woodland Boonie Hats
A decidedly controversial drip..
The FACTA (Federally Administered Tribal Areas) or فدرالي قبايلي سيمې are known by this name because they are not actually directly governed by the Pakistani government. They are a semi-autonomous region run by tribal leaders. They have recently merged with the infamous Kyber Pakhtunkhwa region as well. Generally speaking the defence of this region is entrusted to local militias who mostly source their equipment locally, though there are attempts to standardize. As time has gone on, more and more support for the Pakistani Army in the region has been garnered, and this influence is obvious with current gear choices as well as support for purging of the Taliban who used to regard the area as a refuge for them.
These boonie hats are actually very well made, being hand crafted by local artisans. They are made of ripstop material, are rugged and include all of the crucial boonie features.
Wide brim (can always trim it if you are a level 80 Larper)
Slits on the hat for attaching local flora as scrim
Snap buttons to turn up the sides for style reasons or keep rain off of you
Chin cinch to ensure the hat doesn’t fall off in high winds, or can be stowed on your back without losing it
Don’t glow under nods because a CERTAIN COUNTRY THAT STARTS WITH UNITED STATES OF ___ lost lots of night vision and had it found by the Taliban who these tribal militia are currently fighting
Note: These boonies are NEW and unused. They are not smelly, dirty or otherwise used. We piggybacked some local contracts for Militias.
These hats can comfortably accommodate up to a 58cm head. You may have luck with soaking the hats and stretching them to fit larger heads, but we are warning you, you will have to work for it if you have a head larger than 58cm.
