German Early M34 Helmet (Missing Comb)
The M34 was a helmet used by the Feuerwehr, Polizei and other units before and during the Second World War by the German 3rd Reich. The earlier models featured a high shine “comb” on top. This helmet does not include the comb. They were removed by some units, or sometimes destroyed throughout history. Regardless, it is not present with this helmet. The liners like most helmets of the era were leather and adjustable. This specific helmet is missing the string to set the size, but this is easily replaced.
This helmet is in very good condition and is complete aside from the comb, including liner (size 56cm)
