Czech Vz58 Bayonet Blank
A truly strange item to see in the surplus market; these bayonets are actually unfinished, meaning they have not been milled in a way that allows them to fit onto a rifle nor do they have attached grip panels (although I found a few that could be glued or otherwise attached). These “80% bayonet lowers” will sadly never mate with a Vz58 rifle, but are excellent little knives when sharpened. A solution to the handgrip problem is a simple paracord wrap. Takes only a few minutes and gives you a solid, textured and lightweight grip to the knife.
I have literally never seen incomplete bayonets make it to the surplus market before and would be shocked to see these again. Cash in on the oddity and get yourself a very cheap but high quality military blade.
