Yugoslavian M1 Gasmask
A s.t.a.l.k.e.r classic and one of the iconic masks of the cold war, the M1 sports a 60mm filter port (not compatible with 40mm), an oral-nasal cup and a downward exhale port. While 60mm filters are very much a product of their time, the oral-nasal cup wasn’t included in many military masks until a much more recent time.
This mask was ahead of its time in many ways (although its a fairly direct copy of the Finnish military mask of the time) and many masks took direct inspiration from it - such as the PMK-1 and GP7 masks.
These masks include a carry bag and one filter.
Due to the age and the Soviets employing asbestos in their filters, it is not recommended that the filter is used for anything other than display. 60mm to 40mm conversion pieces are available online, and then the mask can be worn with a modern filter safely.
