USGI TriColor Desert MOLLE II Rucksack
This 2 piece bag is huge. Absolutely massive. It’s not measured in litres but weight capacity.. which is 120LBS. This bag is expandable, has a handy front pocket, has a waterproof top flap, a drawstring, a removable secondary pack on the bottom, a lightweight plastic carrying frame and comfortable adjustable straps and kidney pads.
This particular bag has been “defaced” or “improved” depending on how you look at it, by its previously owner. The soldier told me it was given to him to experiment with on an exercise and not liking how much it stood out with its sandy colors in the Canadian wild - dug out some spray paint and a stencil and the rest is history.
This bag is unbelievably comfortable to carry heavy loads with and is excellent for hunting, hiking multi day trails or for a large bugout bag.
