The US Military Industrial Complex continues to hit it out of the park
The Level 6, or hard-shell layer in the ECWCS (Extreme Cold Weather Clothing System) is meant to be both your ultimate wind stopping layer (with no breathability) as well as your waterproof outer shell. Goretex by nature does not breath, so this jacket will retain heat incredibly well when paired with other parts of the ECWCS.

Two chest pockets
Two way main zipper w/ storm flap
Cinching waist
Most of these pre-date OCP and are actually Multicam.
Note: These fit very big. This is meant to be so you can layer underneath, but its very safe to order a size down and still have room for layering. Mr. Misty was very thrilled to be able to wear the size he wore in Junior High for the first time since.. well, Junior High.
