USGI M81 Alice SAW Ammo Pouch
Retro version of everyone’s favourite comically large pouch!
Need a pouch big enough to carry enough snickers bars to feed a platoon of angry Chechens? (only OGs will remember) Built on the classic ALICE LCE system, don’t be fooled into thinking the Keeper clips are a downside. While not as modern as MOLLE, this belt has its own advantages over other options, as the clips allow for far more mounting options than modern MOLLE SAW pouches, from quick attachments to your backpacks, hanging the pouch through MOLLE clips, and much more. On top of that, the pouch has a belt loop if you want to use it on a belt system or for carrying anything in a civilian belt. With a rustic M81 Woodland camo as the cherry on top, you get to look both stylish and move swiftly across the battlefield (mom’s basement) as the combined weight of the 200 round belt capacity wakes up the whole household!
ALICE
(All-Purpose Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment)
ALICE is the United States army's take on LCE (load-carrying equipment), currently more commonly referred to as LBE(load-bearing equipment). ALICE replaced the M-1956 ILCE (Individual Load-Carrying Equipment). Such a system aims to create a system of suspended gear webbing that allows for the transportation of all the goods a soldier may need to quickly access without having to ruck all of their items while providing balanced movement. This is accomplished with the additional goal of preventing damage and/or pain to soldiers carrying these large quantities of items. Despite being replaced by the modern MOLLE system, ALICE still sees usage in some limited elements of the National Guard, Navy and Air Force.
Features
Two ALICE Keeper Clips to secure to LBE or other appropriate system

Metal snap fastener is made out of bronze to avoid rusting
Reinforced plastic side panels ensure rigidly and lower the chances of tears

Instead of using the SAW pouch to store a SAW belt, consider storing an IFAK, seven magazines (30-Round STANAG/M16), or many other objects that normally would not fit in a standard pouch.
I’ve seen these used more often as a General Purpose pouch. Pack your survival kit, pack your compass, spare batteries, your NODs, etc in this spacious pouch.
