Russian EMR 6B23 Vest (With Kevlar)
You go to war with what you have, not what you’d like to have
NOTE: Please order this vest on its own due to bulk and weight.
The 6B23-1 vest is not the latest and greatest in armour technology. The Russians have been using it throughout their armed services for years. When they invaded Ukraine, it’s what they had and thus, it’s shown up in use by frontline troops, DPR militia, conscripts and the like. These vests do NOT include plates. They do however contain the original Aramid.
This vest appears to have been cut in order to remove the titanium plate with haste. There is a velcro pocket to open this area and access the plate, however if it was being worn by someone when this was done, it would not have been accessible, hence the cut. Our best guess is that titanium is valuable and someone got a really bright idea in a really dangerous spot. Repairing this cut would be fairly simple due to its uniform nature. The back is intact with no issues.
This set is size III (Large) only.
