Romanian 2.5x PGO-7V RPG Scope w/ Carry Case
These optics were designed to be mounted on Romanian RPG-7 launchers. They use the Universal AK Bracket mount that can be put on both AK and SVD type rails.
It offers 2.5x zoom, a milliradian grid for ranging with known objects, several marks for different distances such as the 50m cross at the top of the reticle, and a range finder for armoured vehicles at the bottom right. You will notice it is a 2.7m scale rather than the traditional 1.7m scale found on optics meant to be mounted to small arms.
These scopes include their original carry cases which can be placed on a belt if desired. The reticle can light up presumably, but does not include batteries and has not been tested by us.
These scopes CAN be mounted on a rifle and have been in the past by various armies, but know this. Due to the dimensions of the scope and most rifles, you will not easily be able to shoot with it on. It is a good observation tool and good for ranging, but not ideal for actually taking shots - though it has been used for this and even was meant to be ranged with 7.62x39 in some cases by the Russian Military. Why? Reasons…?
Its hard to find these scopes at all these days, even harder in such immaculate condition and with their carry cases. We do not expect to restock these.
