Lion Ale Patch
Back in the 1970s and 1980s, Lion was a ubiquitous in Africa and was known as one of the most refreshing and delicious beer makers around. Sadly the brewery closed in the early 2000s, but the memory lives on years later. Lion Ale was brewed in South Africa after the brewery of the famous “Lion Lager” moved from Rhodesia in the 1980s.
This patch pays tribute to a great beer and to those who remember it fondly!
