By awarding an associative medal, "the Djebel Medal", the UNC rewards its members who have demonstrated or who demonstrate particular merit or outstanding service within the UNC with a view to its development.
This Medal may be awarded to non-members of the UNC, on the occasion of exceptional services rendered to the UNC or to France.
