These are either going be a Suunto Compass or a Silva 16DCL-6400 MILS/360 Degrees Compass. They are of equal value and function.
There may be so signs of wear, but they will be completely functional. The most obvious wear is just on the signal mirror portion where it may be darkened in spots.
