Stethoscopes are no new design, so it tracks that there would be a surplus of them from the Cold War. These are new in their original box, with documents and replacement earbuds. Although I spent my professional career using a Littmann Stethoscope, these are no slouch. Obviously not as nice, but gets the job done. Excellent addition to any first aid kit (with proper training so you actually know how to use it and why).
