The P37 leggings were mean to protect the bottom of the wearers pants as well as keep “gunk” out of the users boots. They are made of a sturdy canvas with leather on the inside to reduce chafe.
These are wartime production, in great condition. May be “blanco’d”, meaning it may have had a waterproofing compound added to it already.
