Canadian OG107 GS "Quarpel" Combat Trousers (Heavyweight)
Heavy duty cotton canvas pants meant to take a beating.
These pants came before the “classic ODs” most of us are familiar with. They were issued in the 1960s as part of the combat uniform and are made of a heavy weight cotton canvas and are clearly built for hard wearing.
They feature reinforcements to the knees, seat and along all of the seams. They are also adorned with no less than 6 pockets. Two on the rear, two upper front pockets and a cargo pocket on each side.
These were phased out in favor of the lightweight OD combat uniform more commonly seen through the cold war, however as we all know, the replacement although generally liked, didn’t have much durability to it.
These are USED and will have some stains or discoloration present, though a good wash could probably clear a lot of it up.
