The MTP Combat Webbing set is a great starting point to build yourself out a belt kit. You’ve got tons of MOLLE real-estate, a durable and comfortable construction and super adjustable shoulder straps.
Sizing is just of the padded belt, not the inner belt. Our 36” waist staff member was able to wear the “Small” comfortably but the size meant that any pouches attached would be behind the hips. Keep this in mind when selecting size. The yolk itself is HIGHLY adjustable and the inner belts although they can be replaced with whatever you please will accomidate waists up to 40”.
