British Army S10 Gasmask
These masks served the British Army from 1986-2014; though in service for many years, these masks are very hard to find in North America. These long serving masks accept 40mm NATO threaded filters like any other NATO mask, but feature unique “bug like” lenses that provide an excellent field of view for the wearer. These masks are well loved for their comfort and adjustable straps. These masks are in good condition, although as with all gas masks, a good wash in warm soapy water is recommended as they seem to be dusted with decontamination agents.
FP5 Filters WILL thread onto these masks and are also available available for purchase.
S10’s are sized with size 1 being the largest, size 2 is a medium, 3 is a small, 4 being extra small. That said, the sizing is very forgiving. I usually wear a medium mask and was also able to fit a size 3 comfortably.
