US Navy APH-6 Fighter Jet Pilot Helmet
The APH-6 helmet was a visored flight helmet issued primarily to fighter jet pilots. It was intended to be worn alongside the MS-220001 oxygen mask (not included). This particular example is missing the visor, but the headphones are present (non functional).
As is usual for helmets of this vintage, the liner has degraded heavily due to old foam.. well.. just not being made to last. This helmet is a size MEDIUM, but is best suited for display rather than wear due to the state of the liner.
