US M1-C Paratrooper Helmet

M1, but for Airborne!

The M1-C was brought about due to a need for a helmet that was better suited to jumping out of planes. The main difference is a different liner to the helmet. They were produced in significantly lower numbers and are quite collectible as such.

Both of these M1-C Helmets are missing the liner chin cup, but do have the mounting hardware for the cup to attach to. The sweatbands are also not present in these helmets.
