The International Police Association (IPA) was founded in 1950 by Arthur Troop in order to unite police from around the world in friendship and service regardless of colour, creed, religion or language. The IPA continues to exist to this day!
This plaque was made to commemorate the IPA in the 1970s and is original. Features a hole in the rear for wall mounting.
