SADF Commando Flag
The Commandos of South Africa date back to the Boer War as essentially an organized Farmer Militia. Although the SADF would also be dispatched to defend against farm attacks, often the “Commandos” would be first on scene. This flag was phased out rather quickly as Commando units came up with their own emblems.
